 The draw for the 3 Man Team event was done.
The format for this event will be 3 singles, 2 doubles or first team to reach 3 racks or frames, One qualifier from each section.
On Finals day all team will go into one section, play everybody once, Winners and Runners Up will get the pay out.

The draw for this year Uddingston Pool League Singles were drawn last night in the Houldsworth Bowling Club, Committee member Davie Wilson, Houldsworth Captain Alex Coffey and Olde Club {B} player Gerry MacLachlan did the draw, witnessed by Thomas McWhirter also Olde Club {"B"}.

| super 15's double header 2009 |
 The SPA in conjunction with promoter Ross McInnes have devised a new format for Super 15’s, starting this year.
The top 32 teams (all A teams plus required amount of B teams by ballot up to 32, for this year only) will take their place as usual at Craig Tara over the weekend 19th to 22nd November.
The following weekend 27th to 29th November the B team championship will take place at Petticur Bay (B teams not balloted into the main event). This event will consist of a max of 20 teams, entry fees will be £200,accommodation fees £35 just as the main event, each team will have 3 caravans with a player pool of 15 to 18.
The event will be structured in such a way that the top teams will go forward to the following years main event, example, if we need three it will the two finalists plus the winner of the semi play off and so on...... |

The draw for this year Uddingston Pool League Doubles were drawn last night in the Olde Club, Committee member Davie Wilson and Olde Club {B} player Thomas McWhirter did the draw, witnessed by Athletic Vaults Captain Angus C0ckburn.

Details of the upcoming Grassroots event are as follows:-
The SPA will sponsor the Scottish Grassroots Championship by adding £500 to the entry fees recieved...The event will be pro rata ( the more players who enter from your league the more players you will get in the grand final of 128) entry fee is £5 per player,entries close at the SPA meeting on Sunday 3rd May.

| Rileys Super 11's Inivitational Tourny |
 On Saturday 28th Febuary 09 was the warm up Invitation Super 11s Event held in Rileys in Glasgow.
They were 10 teams which entered this event, the teams were Uddingston, Glasgow "B", Livingston, Monklands "A", Monklands "B", Motherwell "B", Kilsyth "A"
Kilsyth "B", Scottish Ladies, Clydebank and Coatbridge.
The event was 2 Groups of 5 with top 2 going through to a semi - final.

On Sunday 15th Febuary 09 was the warm up Invitation Super 11s Event held in Cue Here.
They were 5 teams which entered this event, the teams were Uddingston, Livingston, Monklands, Inverness and Motherwell "B" {Select}.
The event was a round-robin event with playing each team 2 sets and adding up the aggregate score for the points.
